Meeting someone
·         Hi / Hello.

Responses
If everything is good
·         (I’m) Fine.

If it’s not ok, you can ask
·         Is everything okay?                Not too good.
·         What's wrong?                        I feel sick.

Greeting a Person You Haven’t Seen for a Long Time

·         I'm Tammy. (Use first name in informal situations)

This expression (Nice to meet you) is only used at the first meeting, not after that, if greeting a person for the second time, use “Nice to see you again”

·         Who is your favorite movie star?                My favorite movie star is Jet Li / De Niro.
·         What city do you like most?                       Bandung / Hong Kong / Cairo / Paris.

Responses
·         You're welcome.  (This is the most common and can be used in basically any context.)
·         No problem / anytime.  (This is a familiar response, among friends)
·         My pleasure.  (This is a more polite way of responding; in the context of customer service)
·         Don't mention it!
